YOUR FIRST SESSION

Your first session begins with a conversation about your goals, fitness history, and current activity level. We'll perform a basic assessment and create a starting point that fits your needs and comfort level.

Mobile Training 

Apex Elevation is designed to meet your where you are - literally. As a mobile personal trainer service, we bring the equipment, coaching, and support directly to your preferred location. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or returning after a long time away, our goal is to provide a convenient, comfortable, and personalized training experience that fits your schedule and helps you build lasting healthy habits.

Background

Before becoming a personal trainer, I've spent the last 3 years working as a commercial driver, experiencing firsthand the challenges of long hours, busy schedules, and staying active while balancing everyday responsibilities.

That experience shaped my approach to fitness. I understand that most people aren't professional athletes-they're busy individuals looking to improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, i help clients build confidence, move better, and create sustainable fitness habits through personalized training, mobility work, and assisted streching.

My goal is simple: to help everyday people become stronger, healthier, and more active one step at a time.
